PREMISE
These Travel Conditions govern the passenger transport service carried out by motor vehicles on a national and international level by Transfervallée, a transport service carried out by the V.I.T.A. S.p.A., P.I / C.F. 00035670074, with registered office in via Nazionale n. 10 11020 ARNAD (AO), tel. 0125966546-7-8 – fax 0125966540, e-mail: vitaspa@vitagroup.it. which carries out the transport of people in full compliance with current national and European laws.
These conditions constitute an extract of the service charter adopted by V.I.T.A. S.p.A. and are valid for all regular scheduled services operated by the company.

ART. 1 RIGHT TO TRANSPORT AND COMPANY LIABILITY
Passengers have the right to transport according to contractual conditions and rates offered by the Company to the public without any direct or indirect discrimination based on the citizenship of the passenger or place of establishment of the company.
The Company undertakes to transport the person with a valid travel document on the route purchased.
In case of violation of the provisions regarding the objects that the passenger carries with him (dangerous objects, explosive or flammable materials, etc.) and / or animals carried in tow, referred to in more detail in article ART. 9 of these conditions, the Company has the right to refuse transport or take measures to ensure the safety of transport and the passengers transported.
The Passenger is entitled to the transport service indicated on the document / travel document.
The Company is responsible for the fulfillment of the transport service, according to the legal requirements, the terms and within the limits set by these conditions of transport. The Company pays any damage that may be caused to the passenger – from the time of boarding the bus to the time of disembarkation – on its own responsibility, excluding damage caused by the negligence of the traveler (see the rights and duties of the traveler).
The Company ensures transport to passengers except in cases where adverse weather conditions or serious natural disasters occur that jeopardize the safe operation of bus services.
1.1. Strike
According to the provisions in force, in the event of a strike in the transport sector, the services guaranteed by the Company will in any case be carried out and will be promptly communicated to users from time to time, through company sites, ticket offices, affiliated travel agencies. and the information offices of the Company.
1.2. Privacy
Personal data relating to travelers will be processed by the Company on computer and paper support, in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data and subsequent amendments or additions that may be made by the law
